A long time ago, when computers supported a maximum of 256 different colors, a list of 216 “Web Safe Colors” was created to ensure that all computers would display the colors correctly.
This is not important now, since most computers can display millions of different colors. Anyway here is a link to a page which shows the list and the ‘HEX Value’ of each colour.
If you are using this chart to let us know the colours you want on your design brief, just make a note the Hex Value of each colour.
